Each Troop/Crew/Ship in the River Hawk District has the opportunity to host a station at Spook-O-Ree. Station selections and availability is on a FCFS basis, based on unit deposits.

This is an excellent recruiting tool as you meet with prospective Scouts and their families. We recommend having an adult or older scout lead a parent presentation about your unit and all that older Scout programs have to offer during each rotation.

Minimum fee of $50 per unit to participate. This includes adult leaders and up to 10 scouts. Additional scouts are $5 each.
Station selection is FCFS, based on when your $50 unit deposit is paid.
Final station assignments will be determined by event staff based on event needs.

Patches will be provided for all registered participants.
Your unit may camp Friday and Saturday night or just come for the day Saturday.
Saturday program will run from approx. 7am-6pm.
Saturday evening campfire will conclude by 9pm.

Station selection will be on a first come - first serve basis. You must register your unit and pay the $50 deposit to select a station.
Feel free to suggest your own ideas for a station as well as selecting from our suggested list.
Admin will determine final station assignments by September 1st, 2024.
